problem with openstreetmap functionality thanks to iOS 4 (iTouch)

Hi Everyone,

I have openstreetmaps (of brussels and rome) applications on my 3rd gen Itouch. With the new iOS 4 from Apple my openstreetmaps load very slowly and, more importantly (!), the search function no longer works within the application–now I can’t search for addresses, POI, etc. within OSM. What happens is that the keypad and search box appear, but I can’t type on the keypad nor can i click in the search box. All was fine before installing the iOS4.

Short of de-installing/downgrading my entire OS, any thoughts? Patches? Updates? Anyone?

You probably need to contact the developer of the specific app. But which app have you downloaded? One of these: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/IPhone ?
