I would like to report a problem with reverse geolocation using nominatim.org. For example cords: 49.8026196 19.0702093 API does not return the name of the town, although it is in the logs. Please help with eliminate the error. This problem is only with this city. Other city/village working good.

This shouldn’t be a problem in Nominatim, but in the relation for Bielsko-Biała. The Bielsko-Biała in the display name is the county Bielsko-Biała not the city.
Now I do not know if the suburb Leszczyny is a part of the city Bielsko-Biała, someone with a better on the ground knowledge for Bielsko-Biała should check this.
Looking at Nominatim Demo it does look as if Leszczyny should be a part of the city Bielsko-Biała.
Maybe the suburb of Leszczyny would need an administrative level of 10 or 11? How are you using the admin levels in Poland?
