I had to change my desktop computer these days, so I had to install Potlatch 3 and login again. Unfortunately it fails: “Sorry, access was denied. Please check and try again.” Others have this problem too:

When I try and sign in to Potlatch3 it gets over the first hurdle but fails at t… he second:

(the credentials were copied from a password manager and worked in an incognito web browser, which should rule out my typing as a factor)
Is this perhaps related to the Oauth1 / 1.0a / 2 changes - https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/announce/2024-February/000116.html ?
Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Yeah, it’s the various OAuth changes on osm.org that are causing this. Hoping to get a chance to look into it in the next few days.

I took a long break, but now it would be fine to resume the work on OSM with Potlatch3. Any solution in sight?
Have you tried the more recent version on the download page ?
Thanks for the hint. I tried the newer version, but on Sign in to OpenStreetMap it returns: “Waiting for OpenStreetMap…There was a temporary issue connecting to OpenStreetMap. Please try again later.”
