Maproulette challenges can be made by virtually any OSM contributors, but this particular challenge was made by my colleagues at TomTom. We make many Maproulette challenges like these for different countries around the world to help identify issues in the data and to contribute to a better map this way.
I will suggest this to my colleagues and see what they think about this.
I do think that crossing landuses are everywhere, and thus it will be a very large challenge.
