@Quang_Huy_NGUYEN có muốn hoàn thành quá trình thiết lập chuyên mục Việt Nam không? Tôi đang đề nghị thay thế danh sách thư talk-vi bằng diễn đàn này. Nếu có chuyên mục Việt Nam / tiếng Việt thì cộng đồng sẽ có thể thảo luận thoải mái hơn.

Hello, mình nghĩ là nên thành lập forum ở đây sẽ tiện hơn nhắn ở trên facebook nên cứ tạo một chủ đề mới về việt nam đi

Good luck. We tried to set up a forum for Malaysia and it never got approved for one reason or another.

Well, I guess that’s because activities in individual forum categories would be way too low for inclusion… But wait. ASEAN countries have a lot of shared problems (shitty imagery, alleyways, underrepresented POIs) and a lot of connections with each other (via Grab and HOTOSM). I think it might make a lot more sense to request a category for all users mapping ASEAN countries.

Thanks for starting ASEAN/South East Asia subcategory. Maybe some space for Southeast Asia coordination would be helpful. There’s already an OSM Asia Telegram chat but nothing SEA-centric.

Are there any guidelines about minimum activity in a forum category? When I look at the Indonesia category, for example, I don’t have any doubt that a Vietnam-specific category could reach that level of activity, let alone one that covers SEA.
