Osm tracker unable to authenticate

I have recently changed the e-mail account used to login. After that I cannot any longer upload tracks from osm tracker:
Unable to authenticate to OSM: oauth.signpost.exception.OAuthCommunicationException: Communication with the service providef failed: Service provider responded in error: 403 (forbidden).

How can I modify the login username in osm tracker? I cannot find any such an option.

I guess it’s related to the OAuth 1.0 shutdown: OAuth 1.0a and HTTP Basic Auth shutdown

You need to use a new version of osmtracker that supports OAuth2 authentication, as OAuth 1.0a and Basic Auth have not been available since July 1st (Signpost is a framework for OAuth 1.0a support).

I’ve noticed it myself and it turns out, OSM Tracker has been unmaintained for quite a while (over three years, in fact, which may explain you can’t find it on Google Play) and it only got a new version two weeks ago, one of which includes OAuth2.

Thank you for your replies. I could solve this by forcing an update of OSM Tracker. For some reason this never happened automatically. I was still on something like version 1.0.0.
