OSM - empty testing map

Hello Everyone
I thinking about testing some of the options but I don’t want crash something on the map or something like that
It is some where something like “empty map”? even offline when I can create testing village ?

There’s https://master.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/ , but I’m aware of anything renders based on that.

JOSM allows you to draw anything, and as long as you don’t upload your tests, there is no problem.
