Is it possible to get a list of all weather station that openweathermaps are using in ony city or country so I can calculate distance from it?

You really need to ask them I would note that sign up rate in the UK seems to be less than 10% of that for the market leader, weather underground. I think there used to be others, but I can’t find them now.
Looking at their web site, it does appear that the API supports querying details of weather stations near a location, and allows it to be used on a CC-BY-SA licence basis. The free access tier does seem to allow a high enough access rate to recover that data. You do have to register the application, and it is conceivable that they might block an application that appeared to be extracting that data, rather than reading the actual weather.
