On which nested feature should I tag an address?

I’m not sure how to tag the address for these features. Should I place the address on the park, on the building, or on the POI? They all share the same address — should I duplicate it to each feature?

In my opinion all the hall data should go on the hall building outline, there’s no need for the additional hall POI. The park doesn’t need an address but would benefit from it’s own webpage link, Thornhill Park | Maple Ridge, BC
