Is it possible to do a map on this website http://kart.statkart.no/adaptive2/default.aspx?gui=1&lang=1
And use it offline on my iphone with gps to see where i am . I need the contour lines, and haven’t found a exisiting map from Parts of norway yet

All known apps dealing with OSM data or maps should be listed there.
Try to find one on your own that stores mapfiles offline on the device and that displays a contour line overlay or something similar.
If no app has these features, maybe no app is available that fits your aims …
