Hi everyone.
As I was doing some work related to obtaining administrative boundaries on Openstreetmap I came across two relations belonging to Nicaragua that are either on Costa Rican or Honduran territories. The relations I’m talking about are “La Trocha” - “relation/17002861”, which is within “San Carlos (Municipio)” - “relation/5758820”(within Costa Rica) and “Bum Sirpi” - “relation/15016366”, which is within “Waspán” - “relation/5762297”(within Honduras). I even wrote two notes there that haven’t been replied to yet, because shouldn’t then the Nicaraguan territory include those two exclaves within Costa Rica and Honduras(as well as all the elements containing these exclaves having the boundaries of these exclaves)? Let me know how you see this situation, thanks!
