Not really. New lines/carriage return is something controlled by the renderer software. The name tag is normally plain full text and the OSM editors should perform some quality check (e.g. remove trailing spaces and such control characters). This node has been added by OsmAnd 0.5.3. You can report this issue to the osmand developers (http://osmand.net/)
