New layer for potential tagging errors (like Nodes)

My www.OSMNgo.org checks and renders seldom interpreted 3D tags.
A way has a tag min_height = 0;37.9 which doesn’t have sense to me? Only 0 seems logically. (I got no replay to my changes comment yet.)

This is one of the cases, tagging could get checked regularly or after/while changes. Are there more such checkes? By editors or by the OSM sever? I remember, the WhaterwayMap discovered some odds to. Should we have and collect background checks?
KeepRight etc. may be a good tool. But error checks like this may be better done by a server. Generating Notes could be a way. But some errors may need “experts” to solve. The Note may disturb other users. What about an extra layer “Tagging errors”, may be with filters for special tagging, like for invalid texts as color values.

I’m sorry, but I don’t think this would be a good idea.

Emphasis of last sentence by me.

Neither do I. that‘s why I consider a new layer/API for errors.

Another way would be to take a BBOX/Tile and do an overall error check by a tool which may crow in functionality by time.
