I am trying to locate user Shark13 who made some edits to OSM data for locations in Slovakia but to date failed to accept or reject the new OSM data license. Googling revealed that on this list used to be active user with that ID. His OSM edits are at http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Shark13/edits
I appreciate your help in this matter.
