Names of cities in French

Hi, Can you tell me how to use OSM with names of cities in french or english please.

For French, look at the links from https://www.openstreetmap.fr/ , such as https://tile.openstreetmap.fr/?layers=B00000000FFFFFF .

For English, the “Cycle Map” and “Transport” layers at OpenStreetMap.org show many names in English as well as the local language.
