I have no knowledge on how to change a complete line track of a certain bus line, but there seems that lines have changed around the Lasalle Area as per this user’s Note : Note: 4629977 | OpenStreetMap

Yes, we will need at some point to update all the bus routes in the Montreal area, that were modified/removed/added after the REM opening. And a lot more are still in the process of being changed with the extension of the REM thi fall.
