Moasure data imported into osm

Does anyone has worked with Moasure?

This is a tool to measure areas, not based on GPS.

This tool could be useful for detailed mapping. The problem is that the data is not a map projection. But, is it possible to import it via opendata into JOSM, and then locate it in the appropriate place?

If you get it in an image format you can download and align that in Josm using the Josm PicLayer plugin.
