Missing openfietsmap_lite_windows.exe

When I submit a request for a Routable Bicycle (Openfietsmap Lite) with selected (additional) tiles on my Wondows 10 laptop,
I only get:

There seems something wrong with the map compilation. Please mail your issue to Lambertus, he probably will not read it here.
