Meet-up in Amsterdam on June 20

Hi everyone,

Next Tuesday June 20th, my colleague Salim Baidoun (@sbaido) and I are meeting up with Rihards Olups of the Latvian community (@richlv) in our TomTom Amsterdam office near the Central Station. (I’m posting this in English so Rihards and Salim can read along.) The three of us would love to meet some of the local mappers. Would anyone in the area be interested in joining us?

Right now we’re thinking of meeting at 19:00, but we can change the time if that would work better. The plan is to talk about OpenStreetMap over some drinks. I know some of you have questions about TomTom and its OSM activities so this could be a great opportunity to discuss some of these questions in person.

Let me know if anyone is up for it, we’re happy to welcome you into our office.

Oy, fresh off the State of the Map Baltics, I’m visiting Amsterdam, and thought that checking with the local community would be great.

I mapped bits and pieces on my last visit, including a bunch of those cute tiny, named alleys :slight_smile:
