Medion Navigator 5?

I came across a Medion Navigator 5 at what seems like a reasonable price.
Will it be good for OSM?

Thank you - I was aware of the review page, but since the model I encountered wasn’t mentioned, and there was some difference between the conclusions of the previous models, I just thought I would sound out the group.
