Mechanical edit proposal to use the newish tag shop=tortilla

Hi, you all, how are you (I mean it)?

The shop=tortilla tag received overwhelming support from the community, thank you. Nevertheless, this tag was long overdue and a lot of failed tagging proposals still exist in the map, blocking the use of the now conventional tagging. While I did modify some obvious errors like tagging in Spanish and typos, there is one edit that implies the modification of several hundreds of elements, and I’m feeling the necessity to make it with consultation.

The shop=tortilla tag was proposed to get rid of the shop=bakery tag employed in tortilla shops, tortilla factories and tortillerias, but the additional criteria to make a mechanical edit I’m proposing is that the name or description of the features must include the word “tortilla” or “tortilleria”. In addition, this modification will be limited to Mexico, the country, as most of these shops are currently located here, so I can look after any disagreements that may appear from the mechanical edit.

So, what I want to do is to make overpass API queries to download these elements in the Estados Unidos Mexicanos area:

  1. shop=bakery with name~“.[Tt]ortilla.
  2. shop=bakery with name~“.[Tt]ortiller[íi]a.
  3. shop=bakery with description~“.[Tt]ortilla.
  4. shop=bakery with description~“.[Tt]ortiller[íi]a.

And tag them with shop=tortilla instead of shop=bakery. I would also delete any bakery=* key that may refer to “tortilla”. What do you think?
