Mapping of a point or area on a road where traffic changes direction

I want to edit information about a point or area on a road where traffic changes direction.
The photo below shows the border area between Thai and Lao, and the two countries have different directions of travel for vehicles, so there are road markings like this on the border.

However, I did not find a corresponding tag for this in the OSM wiki.

1. Do you know of any tags that can be applied to this marker in the OSM wiki?

2. Have you ever seen this and how do they mark it in other countries or other regions?

Thank you for your report.
The difference is that the point you reported is where the isolated lanes intersect each other, while the point I was asking about is where the traffic changes from left to right.

Maybe :lanes tagging can be used. E.g. with the highway segments drawn from the foreground to the background:

• for the part in the foreground:

highway=*
lanes=2
lanes:forward=1
lanes:backward=1
change:lanes=no|no
turn:forward=through
turn:backward=through

• for the crossover:

highway=*
lanes=2
lanes:both_ways=2
turn:both_ways:forward=merge_to_right

You can tag driving_side=left on the way before, and driving_side=right on the way after.

It’s a shame that I can’t mark and warn when a vehicle is changing lanes, but this seems like a very easy, simple and intuitive way to do it.

I did some research.
This seems to be an uncommon way to change a vehicle’s direction of travel, as shown in the example above.
Usually, it seems that overpasses are commonly used for high traffic and safety reasons, and other rare cases are solved by separating and isolating the lanes and creating an intersection.
