Map request email

Hi there,

I requested a map (for a garmin base map…) I received my first email with the link to “track” the map but on clicking the link I receive this message:

This request could not be found in the queue. Most likely the map is already generated and you received another email containing the url where the map can be downloaded, or you should receive that email shortly

Has been a day or so and I tried with two separate email accounts.

Could anyone help please?




Here the same problem, has to do with a server I understood? But can or will this be solved? And when?


Likely best to try another provider if you are in a hurry…

Or download the one of the prebuilt maps (select download by country, without option “manual tile selection”)

I have the same problem: I received no email with the link to the download server.

Would Lambertus infor the community when the problem has been resolved?

Just in case you’re not aware, you can see if the problem has been fixed or not - just go to and see if it still says “status = Disk full”. If it does, use another method to get your map.

Don’t count on it, he hasnt posted anything on the forum for a long time…
