I’ve already signed up previously to the OSMF, and am signing up for OSGeo Oceania now, do I need to put my legal name in? I’m putting in Ethan Grobin (a shortened version of my name) for now, but am happy to change it if I need to.
Also, I’d rather no mail be sent to my address as it is shared with my family, if I need to be contacted I can just be emailed.

Yep, we’ve just seen your application & approved it!
To be honest, I can’t see that OSGeo would have a need to send any actual mail out to you, unless you have specifically asked for “something physical” to be sent.
