License consideration for adding property data on top on osm data

We have a requirement, where we would like to store property related info like rooms, price, etc on house nodes.

Reading the osm license I believe this would come under either “Derivative Database” or “Collective Databases”.

Say we map a township and its houses in osm, we would like to make that public but we don’t want to make public the property info stored for each house.

What would be the right and legal way of doing so?
