I’m a Norwegian and can not read a map with cryllic language - how do I get it all in Norwegian or English?

You can use a map which supports changing language like OpenStreetMap Americana or one which uses your system language like the MapTiler OMT layer on osm.org.

And if you need even less Cyrillic or non-latin script compared to shown on those map examples above, https://www.osmap.uk might help as a map aimed at English/latin-script readability. (9 other languages available via osMap - OpenStreetMap Wiki )
