I did add a new solution to the old key proposal http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:cyclability .
I don’t know the Wiki rules and the ways to promote such proposals.
So I did probably violate a lot of habits!
May I ask here for a bit of help here to bring the proposal in form?

People will probably complain of the subjectivity when tagging this key, because it violates the principle of verifiability on OSM (although there are exceptions).
Usually bicycle routers take into consideration things such as surface and elevation (the latter taken from another database).
