Als ich eben JOSM (uralt-Version) startete, erfreute es mich mit einem “Netzwerkfehler”:
JOSM versuchte auf folgende Ressourcen zuzugreifen:
https://api.openstreetmap.org/api/capabilities
Dies schlug allerdings auf Grund folgender Netzwerk-Fehler fehl:
org.openstreetmap.josm.io.OsmApiException: ResponseCode=500, Error Header=
Gebe ich obige Adresse in Firefox ein, erhalte ich:
NameError: uninitialized constant ApiController::Changeset
Was läuft da schief?
Anscheiend wird gerade gewerkelt. Siehe auch http://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=30359. Ich erhalte gerade

This may be a problem in our Ruby On Rails code. 500 occurs with exceptions thrown outside of an action (like in Dispatcher setups or broken Ruby code)
