Is editor=* a discardable tag?

Hi all,

I noticed the editor=* key currently has 42,414 uses.

Based on the values of this key, it looks to me like a discardable tag. Much like the created_by=* tag.

Before adding to the wiki page, or opening suggestions for the editors to treat it as such, I thought I’d check in with the community first!

For info, it seems to have been used in geographically very limited areas.
