Using the OpenStreetMap website - YouTube and First Steps in OpenStreetMap iD Editor - YouTube seem very relevant, as well as Downloading hiking trail gpx from OpenStreetMap - YouTube.

There’s also A turbo introduction to Overpass - MInh Nguyễn - YouTube.

I think these video titles are self-explanatory.
