Please add Ireland post codes (eir code) to search the address by.
The default site search ( Nominatim) can find them just fine in places where they are recorded in OSM.
If you know of a suitably licenced source to import the rest of them then there is an import procedure.
If not then you are free to visit as many addresses you like and ask them what their postcodes are, new contributors are always welcome.
