In JOSM: "Error: Attribution is not loaded yet"

I am using JOSM version 19307. Bing tiles do not load. Instead, I get the error message “Error: Attribution is not loaded yet”. I tried deleting ~/.cache/JOSM, deleting ~/.local/share/JOSM and ~/.config/JOSM. There was no change. How to solve this problem?

This has been going on for the past 2 days, is there an override on JOSM that forces Bing imagery to show up anyways without it saying “Attribution is not loaded yet?” [Screenshot 2025-02-08 091947]

This problem happened before to me intermittently. Sometimes trying a day later works. Is there some way I can get Bing to work consistently in JOSM? I do not have an old bing.attribution.xml.

We do have a coordinated communication with Microsoft. Two weeks ago we asked if ok for all OSM editors to uses the key used by iD, as that account has a a different limit, and should be good until 2028. They have not yet responded. I just pinged on the thread now to see if we can make that move.
