The OSMF can and should offer grants to organisations/people to pay for this.

@eteb3 because this reason, the idea is to provide two âcategoriesâ of affiliation - one for LC representing the country and another, for minor groups.
IMHO, representation of LC of countries must be registered , to provide the legal condition to us, if something go wrong. And, if the nature of this representation includes negotiate with governments and others legally stablished actors, the group has to be registered anyway.
In the case of minor groups, like some locally groups in the same large country, it could be less dificult to associate to OSMF as a representant, but it could have less privileges than the national representant.
And it is necessary to provide some mechanism of regulation. I think that âself regulationâ does not work, because some âinternalâ problems of prevalence of some groups or people in the region, about other people. It has be provided by an external agent.
