Can somebody please make imagery borders for “Geoportal 2: Orthophotomap (aerial image) WMTS” more accurate?
iDeditor on some places where this imagery is not available reccommends this imagery instead of “Ortofotomazaika SR”

Or what do you reccomend to do?
This normally should not pose a problem; do keep in mind that GitHub - osmlab/editor-layer-index: A unified layer index for OSM editors. project keeps a value that indicates some imagery is best (hence, default) for given area. I am not sure what it does when there is area covered by two “best” imagery layers.
