Added this object yesterday, around 24 hours ago. It can be searched up, but the icon does not display. There were load issues with the system last night, did something get stuck in a bad state perhaps? i don’t know how this works, exactly.
It is showing for me.
You may need to force a reload in a way that ignores the cache. The way to do this depends on the web browser you are using.

It also might depend on the map background used. I can see it on standard but Cycle Map does not show it.
It would also have been nice if the building was mapped as wel 
It’s likely just a cached tile issue: sometimes older map tiles are stored in browser or server cache, so new edits/icons don’t immediately show. For others seeing nothing, forcing a hard reload (e.g. Ctrl+F5 or equivalent) usually solves it; after that the new object icon appears correctly on the map.
