I wanted to create a store that sells air conditioners, but I can’t seem to be finding the feature.

I would never have guessed hvac, not really intuitive.

At least here in Canada it’s common for companies to work on Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning as a specialization, and HVAC is a fairly common abbreviation, you’ll have companies called “AAA HVAC” or something.
An alternate term is “mechanical systems” (I think because the pumps and fans are the parts of the house that move), but I don’t think shop=mechanical would be better 
What are the “indoor temperature and air quality” services called where you live?

It is not a service or anything like that, but it’s a shop that sells conditioners. I’m not looking for service actually.
shop=hvac seems to be what you’re looking for (HVAC stands for heating, ventilation and air conditioning). craft=hvac is used for a company that provides on-site services.

Sorry, there may have been a misunderstanding after all!
The picture you posted is the outdoor heat exchanger unit of an air-source heat pump, which can be used as an air conditioner. To make an air conditioning system using that unit, you also need an indoor unit (often looks like this), a pipe connection between the two (going through the outside wall), and the pipes need to be filled with a fluid refrigerant (e.g. R-410A). So it requires some skill to install, and at least in Canada that’s usually done by a professional company, so I wrote about “services”. (It’s possible to do it DYI, but at least here it’s not frequent.) And then that company would work on both heating and air conditioning, and be referred to as HVAC. Hence shop=hvac suggested above.
Or are heat pump air conditioners commonly self-installed by ordinary people where you live?
If what you actually had in mind is an all-in-one unit that can be bought in a store, plugged into a standard outlet, and placed directly in a window like this or a free-standing unit vented to a window like this, these are sold direct to consumer, possibly in a shop=department_store or shop=supermarket or shop=doityourself.
If you have a store that sells primarily all-in-one air conditioners to consumers (and not much else), I suppose shop=air_conditioning would actually be the best tag.
Heat pump air conditioners can be self-installed or installed by others where I live. But, I think I’ll just tag it shop=air_conditioning, thank you for your help!
You mean shop=hvac, right? (Or is there a reason you’re inventing new value?)
