Humanitarian and CyclOSM layers broken on openstreetmap.org

Hi all, noticed today that the humanitarian and CyclOSM layers seem to be broken on openstreetmap.org. Not sure if this is recent or longstanding - just raising it in case it wasn’t known…

Probably the same issue:

All these layers are hosted by OpenStreetMap France.

"humanitarian" map not loading at least for London area might also be a duplicate.
