How to Tag Large Open-Air Markets?

Hi everyone,

Some open-air markets are permanent and have fixed stalls, while others are temporary setups that change locations. I’ve seen marketplace=yes used, but it doesn’t seem to cover all cases.

What’s the best way to tag large, open-air markets that function daily or seasonally?
