Hey all,
I’ve come across this cage enclosed walkway for a viewpoint at a quarry but not sure how to do the tagging. I take my micromapping seriously so…I’m trying to stick as much detail as can be done! Enclosing the way with barrier=fence is the obvious, but the ceiling fencing I’m not sure; covered=yes is not quite right if rain can still get in. Any thoughts y’all?
Was thinking about cage, mesh & things like that, then thought about roof-material, & found roof:material=wire_mesh | Tags | OpenStreetMap Taginfo
May also need building=roof or building:part=roof?

I’ve gone with Fizzie’s suggestion to combine bulding=roof with roof:material=wire_mesh, as well as building:material=wire_mesh, and added barrier=fence around the closed perimeter for good measure, thanks!
