How to tag a footway over a building?

Hi,

I can’t find the correct way to tag footway over a building. My first approach was to add layer=1 to them, but I figure out with Osmose that this tag should be associated with something else like “bridge=*”. I might have misread the wiki, but I dont’ see anything related to that.

Here is an example of what I mean by “footway over a building”: Way: 1323861892 | OpenStreetMap
In this case, there is even other elements like a playground or a tree.

Would location=rooftop work here? Aerial suggest that it would be accurate.

Osmose often has nonsense complaints, and even great QA tools occasionally have false positives.
