How to revert a big deletion of railways?

Somebody deleted railways around Mérida, Yucatán.. I know how to undo a changeset. The problem is that I do not know which changeset is responsible for this deletion. Is there a way to filter history to edits that affect railway=*?

You can use an overpass query with a date to do that.
