How to remove fake roads?

There seem to be some fake roads added to Way: 2959448 | OpenStreetMap

The two ‘roads’ have been named with insults so are obviously false and a serious issue that needs to be resolved.

The problem is, the ‘roads’ don’t appear on the ID editor so I can’t see a way to remove them.

Does anyone know how to get rid of them?
