you can check on the map of google maps or mapbox where esri the buildings have existed for several years, and this person has deleted a 10-year-old job

I’d suggest you report it to the DWG, but you’ve already done that, and just 5 minutes ago a DWG person has reverted some of the changes. See also this block.
I’d also suggest commenting on their changesets. No-one has done that since 2022.
