How to find any place with x,y coordinate value?
You’ll need to explain a bit more about what you mean. OpenStreetMap is just a big lump of data that people use in different ways. Have you loaded the data into some sort of database, and if so what sort? Are you using some application that uses OSM data, and if so which one? Etc…

Where are you getting your x,y values?
