How to filter nodes without any tags from .osm via Osmosis?

Hi,
I need to filter from .osm file certain data. Osmosis seems to be the most appropriate for this task.

I can filter to the new file nodes with specified tags via tag-filter parameter. But what should I do, if I need to filter to the new file nodes with no tags specified too?

How to extract all non-tagged nodes?
