How to export sidewalks width ?

For a project, I would like to know the width of sidewalks next to recycling bins in a city.

I tried several requests on http://overpass-turbo.eu/#, but :

  • lots of sidewalks aren’t informed
  • when they are informed, the width generally isn’t

However, an approximation of this width always exists since it’s mapped… (with the grey area).
Is it possible to extract the grey polygons corresponding to the sidewalks ?

(and then I wonder the same for the streets)
