How to cut part from osm map in unix shell command line?

I need cut part from russia.osm map between 62° N - 51° N and 35° E - 60° E. I cannt use JOSM because its very large map.

There’s a few options for this. eg
Osmconvert http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Osmconvert
or Osmosis http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Osmosis

Osmconvert is probably better/faster for extracting an area.

For downloading data you can use http://download.geofabrik.de/openstreetmap/
After that you can use Osmconvert to cut the area you want.
