I believe that way 234840002 is too long. It has access=no tag. It should finish at the intersection with the way 234733985, I think.

Probably you are right - this way is too long. You can divide this way on iD Editor:
- Select node (left mouse button) on intersection.
- Use right mouse button for context menu and choose scissors (shortcut ‘X’ key) - example on picture
- Change tags for shorter way part.
