How to change the domain of the website tag in multiple elements at once?

Hi folks,

In our state Vorarlberg, each signpost has its own data sheet which we maintain under the website tag. With the relaunch of the state’s open data platform, the URL has now changed:

Previous:
https://apps.vorarlberg.at/wegweiser/31_Gaschurn/31.247.pdf
New:
https://data.vorarlberg.gv.at/raumplanung/wanderweg_standortblatt/31_Gaschurn/31.247.pdf

Is it possible to select all guideposts at once (overpass query) and change only the first part of the url from https://apps.vorarlberg.at/wegweiser/ to https://data.vorarlberg.gv.at/raumplanung/wanderweg_standortblatt/?

I would query the elements via Overpass and then search-and-replace the text in Level0 or directly in the .osm file
