How to change default view of map?

Does anyone know how to change the default view of a map? I need it to open in a slightly different location. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi @Drstir and welcome here.

You can set the location and the zoom level, i.e.

https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/48.857649/2.293632
for a map centered at the Eiffeltower in Paris with Zoomlevel 17

#map=zoom/latitude/longitude

You can copy the url from your browser at the position desired.
